Our large-scale egg production meets the needs of schools, restaurants, hotels, grocery stores, caterers, market traders, and event planners across the region. Our hallmark is quality. From healthy, well-cared-for birds to clean, fresh farm produce, and high-grade eggs, we prioritize excellence in every step of our process.

2023

A Brief History of Excelsior Farm

Excelsior Farm began its journey in 2023 with a vision to promote sustainable agriculture in the heart of the Akwapem South District, Apantem. What started as a small passion fruit initiative soon blossomed into a structured agricultural and poultry venture. After two years of careful planning, hard work, and dedication, the farm was officially opened in June 2025.

The development of Excelsior Farm was guided by the committed efforts of three founding members—Eric, Clifford, and Degraft—whose collective drive laid the foundation for its growth. The overall management and direction of the farm were overseen by Dr. Kwabena Boakye, whose leadership helped shape the farm’s mission and operations. Excelsior Farm stands as a growing symbol of agricultural excellence and innovation in the region

TODAY

What began in 2023 as a modest passion fruit idea in the quiet town of Apantem has grown into one of the region’s promising agricultural hubs—Excelsior Farm Limited.

Today, Excelsior Farm stands proudly as a dual-purpose agricultural venture focused on poultry and passion fruit farming, delivering quality produce and livestock to homes, markets, and institutions across Ghana. Since officially opening in June 2025, the farm has evolved from a dream into a dependable supplier driven by sustainability, community impact, and innovation.

Our poultry division is thriving with a well-structured system for raising healthy birds, from hatch to maturity, while our passion fruit fields continue to bear sweet results season after season. We now serve a growing base of customers who trust us not only for fresh produce and poultry but also for our commitment to transparency and ethical farming. Excelsior Farm continues to expand its reach, improve its systems, and create opportunities for local employment and agritech education.
